929-778-2700Drain cleaning
Clears clogged sinks, tubs, showers and floor drains so water moves again.
For: one slow or stopped drain.
Video pipe inspection
A camera goes into the line and shows what's causing the problem, so the fix is based on what's actually there.
For: repeat clogs, sewer odors, several slow drains at once.
Hydro jetting
High-pressure water scours grease, scale and buildup off the pipe walls instead of just poking a hole through the middle.
For: restaurants, grease lines, clogs that keep coming back.
Sewer line repair
Repairs for damaged or failing sewer lines, with options based on what the inspection finds.
For: backups, broken or collapsed sections, root intrusion.
Preventative maintenance
Scheduled cleaning and inspections for homes and businesses that can't afford a surprise backup.
For: homeowners, restaurants, landlords and property managers.

What this usually means
A clog in that one line.
When only one fixture is slow, the blockage is usually close to it: hair, soap, grease or buildup in that drain.
Likely service
What this usually means
The shared line may be the problem.
When several fixtures act up together, the blockage is often further down, in the line they all drain into. A camera inspection shows what's actually in there, so nobody has to guess.
Likely service
What this usually means
Treat it as an emergency.
Backup through a floor drain, tub or toilet usually means the sewer line is blocked. It won't clear on its own, and it gets worse every time water runs.
Right now: stop running water and flushing anywhere in the building, and keep people and pets away from the water.
Likely service
What this usually means
Check one thing first.
If there's a floor drain or sink nobody uses, pour a bucket of water into it. A dried-out trap lets sewer gas through and is a common cause.
If the smell stays, something in the line needs a look: buildup, a crack or a bad connection. A camera inspection finds it.
Likely service
What this usually means
The cause is still in the pipe.
A clog that returns usually means the last fix punched a hole through the buildup instead of removing it, or there's something wrong with the pipe itself, like roots or a damaged section.
A camera shows which one it is. Hydro jetting cleans the pipe wall to wall.
Likely service
What this usually means
Grease is building in the line.
Commercial kitchens send grease down the drain every day. It hardens on the pipe walls, and snaking alone rarely keeps up.
Hydro jetting clears it. A scheduled maintenance plan keeps it from turning into a backup in the middle of service.
Likely service
What this usually means
Get ahead of the next call.
Buildings with shared lines tend to see the same problems repeat. A camera inspection shows what's going on, and scheduled maintenance keeps those lines from becoming tenant emergencies.

What's the difference between drain snaking and hydro jetting?
Drain snaking uses a flexible cable to break through or remove blockages, restoring water flow. It's often an effective solution for isolated clogs caused by hair, debris, or other obstructions.
Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to thoroughly clean the interior walls of pipes, removing accumulated grease, sludge, and stubborn buildup. It's particularly effective for commercial grease lines, recurring blockages, and preventative sewer maintenance.
At 24HR Pipe Patrol, we'll assess your drainage issue and recommend the most appropriate cleaning method based on your system's condition and needs.
Do I need a sewer camera inspection?
Not every drainage issue requires a camera inspection. However, it's highly recommended for recurring blockages, multiple slow drains, persistent sewer odors, or suspected pipe damage.
A sewer camera inspection allows our technicians to examine the inside of your pipes, identify potential problems, and locate obstructions without unnecessary digging.
At 24HR Pipe Patrol, we use camera inspections when appropriate to help identify the cause of your drainage issue and recommend the most effective solution, potentially saving you time and money on unnecessary repairs.
What should I do while waiting for service?
If you're experiencing a sewer backup, overflowing drain, or flooding, taking immediate precautions can help prevent further damage and protect your property.
- Stop using water: Avoid running faucets, flushing toilets, or using appliances that discharge water into the drainage system.
- Prioritize safety: Keep children and pets away from standing water or sewage, as it may contain harmful bacteria and contaminants.
- Protect your belongings: If it's safe to do so, move furniture, electronics, and valuables away from affected areas.
- Ensure safe access: Clear a pathway to the affected area so our technicians can assess the problem efficiently. Do not enter areas with electrical or other safety hazards.
